Missing inmate found in Minnesota | Crime
Dane County officials said an inmate declared AWOL from the Dane County Jail in September has been found in Minnesota, according to a release.
Nathaniel A. Showers, 26, was released from the Ferris Center on Sept. 5 to attend classes at the MATC Truax campus and was scheduled to return by 4:30 p.m., officials said.
Showers be being held in the Hennipin County Jail on an escape warrant. He will be extradited back to Dane County, according to officials.
Showers is serving a six-month probation sentence for bail jumping and was sentenced with release privileges, according to the release.
